Privacy Policy

Approvii is the client review portal operated by Schedii LLC ("we", "us"). An agency or business — the workspace — invites you here to review, comment on, and approve their content before it is published.
Two parties are involved, and it matters which is which. The workspace decides what content you see, who is invited, and how long it is kept; we operate the portal on their behalf. If you want content changed or removed, ask the workspace first — they control it. Anything about the portal itself comes to us.
1. What we collect
a. Your access link and session
The link the workspace emails you carries a sign-in token. If you stay signed in, that session is stored in your browser's local storage so you can return without the link. Approvii sets no cookies — not for analytics, not for advertising, not at all. Clearing your browser storage signs you out.
b. Your portal account
Your email address, and a password if you choose to set one. Passwords are stored hashed and are never readable by us or by the workspace.
c. What you do in the portal
Approvals, change requests, comments, and their timestamps — attributed to you, because the point of the portal is that the workspace can see who responded and what they said.
d. The content shown to you
Posts, images, video, captions, scheduled times, and — where the workspace grants access — reports on how published posts performed. This is the workspace's content, held on their behalf.
e. Server logs
Request paths, timestamps, error traces, and IP addresses, kept to run the service, diagnose faults, and prevent abuse.
2. What we do not do
- No third-party product analytics, advertising trackers, or session-replay tools.
- No advertising profiles, and no selling or renting of personal information.
- No use of your content or comments to train AI models.
- No marketing email — the only mail Approvii sends is about your own reviews.
3. How we use it
- To show you the content waiting for you and record your response.
- To tell the workspace who approved, requested a change, or commented.
- To email you when something needs your review, and to send sign-in links.
- To keep the service secure and to investigate abuse.
- To meet legal obligations.
4. Who else handles it
We use a small number of providers to run the service: a hosting provider for the servers, a storage provider for images and video, and an email delivery provider for sign-in links and review notifications. They process this data only to provide those services to us.
5. Keeping and deleting it
Content, comments, and approval history remain for as long as the workspace keeps them. You can ask the workspace to remove content at any time, and you can ask us to delete your portal account and its activity by writing to privacy@schedii.app. We process deletion requests within 30 days.
6. Security
All traffic is served over HTTPS. Passwords are hashed. Sign-in tokens are scoped to a single workspace and expire, and the workspace can revoke your access at any time.
7. Children
Approvii is a business tool and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from them; if you believe we have, write to us and we will delete it.
8. Where your data is processed
Our servers are located in the United States. If you use Approvii from elsewhere, your information is processed there.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes are posted here with a new effective date.
